Haryana witnessed unprecedented development under CM Khattar-Devendra Babli

Chandigarh: Haryana Development and Panchayat Minister, Devender Singh Babli said that unprecedented development has occurred in the state due to the efforts of Chief Minister Manohar Lal. Following the principle of 'Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek', equitable development is being carried out in every region of the state without discrimination.

Haryana is continuously advancing on the path of development today. The Tohana region of the state is also progressing on this path of progress, said the Minister.

The Development and Panchayat Minister participated as the chief guest in the program organized at the BDPO block premises of Tohana, district Fatehabad. In the program, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, gifted development projects worth crores of rupees through video conferencing.

While addressing the citizens, Sh. Devender Singh Babli said that the state is moving forward on the path of continuous development today. He said that projects worth approximately Rs.170 crores in Fatehabad district and about Rs. 45 crores in Tohana have been inaugurated and laid foundation.

The Minister inaugurated 33KV Substation at Damkora and Ratta Khera worth approximately Rs. 11 crores, around 16 ponds under Amrit Sarovar scheme. He laid the foundation stone for a three-storeyed Panchayat Bhawan at a cost of approximately Rs. 27 crores.


The Minister said that to provide healthcare services to the residents of Tohana without having to go to cities like Rohtak and Chandigarh, a multi-specialty hospital with 100 beds is being constructed at a cost of Rs. 138 crores.

This hospital, equipped with modern facilities, will have seven floors including a basement. Construction of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Medical College, costing Rs. 1100 crores, will soon begin in Rasulpur, Tohana.

He informed that under the Chief Minister's announcement, five new roads will be constructed at a cost of Rs. 250 crores and the funds for the repair of 47 roads have been approved and work will start soon.
