Indri: As per the orders of the government, solution camps are being organized at the sub-division level with the aim of solving the problems of the common people on the spot. In these Samadhan camps, the administration officials directly connected with the public and distributed property ID, family identity card, land registration, map of the house belonging to the local urban body and no dues certificate, social security pension schemes, ration card and ration distribution, electricity. Apart from water, irrigation and crime related complaints were being resolved quickly.
People are continuously reaching these Samadhan camps with their complaints and such complaints are resolved on the spot. The official said that the administration officials were working seriously for quick resolution of the complaints of the citizens coming to the Samadhan Camp on priority basis. Most of the complaints received in the Samadhan Camp were related to old age pension and on Friday old age pension of 50 persons and change of occupation in family ID of one person was resolved and a complaint was sent to the concerned department.
As per the instructions of the Haryana Government, the Samadhan Camps organized by the administration were yielding positive results. In these solution camps, people's problems were being solved on the spot. Due to which the inclination towards solution camps was increasing among the common people. Administrative officers were also followed the orders of the government. More and more people were getting the benefits of government schemes through Samadhan camp.
