Kaithal: As per the instructions of the state government), the district administration has provided big relief to the common people by redressing their grievances through the solution camps being organized at the district level and sub-division level. People whose work was delayed due to small errors have started getting the benefits of government schemes. Citizens reached the camp with complaints related to departments like Family Identity Card, Ration Card, Panchayati Raj Department, Police Department, Revenue Department.
The error in the family identity card of Ravi Kumar and Dhoop Singh, who came to the Samadhan Camp on Friday, was rectified on the spot. Both thanked the state government and the district administration. Ravi Kumar told that his family had come to the Samadhan camp to get his wife's name and mobile number corrected in the identity card, where the officials corrected it on the spot.
While Dhup Singh said that his date of birth was wrongly mentioned in the PPP. He was worried about this for a long time, but after coming to the solution camp of the district administration, his problem was solved on the spot. Similarly, village farmer Karan Singh Vidur came to the camp for pension and Jagdish of village Munnarehadi for old age pension. DC Prashant Panwar instructed the concerned officers to take action as per the rules and prepare the pension documents soon.
DC Prashant Panwar said that to solve any problem, it was very important to have the necessary documents related to it so that the problem can be solved on the spot. If therewass any deficiency in the documents attached with a complaint letter, the complainant should be informed and the problem should be resolved by asking for the documents. He said that all concerned officers should ensure their presence in the Samadhan Camp on time.
