YAMUNANAGAR: Students of the school displayed their talent in the science exhibition organised under the guidance of Chairperson Dr. Rajni Sehgal at St. Lawrence Smart Convent School, Shahpur Road, Bilaspur in which children presented attractive models, charts and projects inspired by science education in a very beautiful manner. The children tried to convey the merits of science very well in their models. Many projects on mathematics and social subjects were also presented during the exhibition.
While inspecting the exhibition, School Managing Director, renowned educationist Dr MK Sehgal said that to develop scientific thinking among children and increase their attraction towards science, it is necessary to make them participate in scientific activities, this will stimulate the creative curiosity of the students Entries get Satisfaction, students develop interest in scientific research and find solutions to scientific problems. All the topics of the exhibition are very educational.
Along with this, he appreciated all the teachers who cooperated in organizing this exhibition and inspired them to continue doing similar activities in future also.
Chairperson Dr. Rajni Sehgal said that such events are being organized in the school to increase interest in science among children and to increase awareness against superstition. Science exhibitions will develop scientific temper among students and boost their morale. The coordinators of this exhibition, Bhawna Bansal and Meenu Gera also inspired all the students to do better in future. All the officials and concerned teachers were present on this occasion.
