Chandigarh. At the 'Aashirwad Samaroh' organized on the occasion of the 71st birthday of former Chandigarh MP Satya Pal Jain, National President of Bharatiya Janata Party JP Nadda, Punjab Governor. Banwari Lal Purohit, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya.
A large number of people including Bandaru Dattatreya, BJP's National Vice President Saudan Singh, Anil Jain, and Organization Minister Srinivasa Allu gave their blessings to Jain and wished him a long life.
Addressing a packed gathering at Chandigarh's Law Bhavan,JP Nadda said that Satya Pal Jain is an "asset" (heritage) for the BJP, who has served the party and the people with full authenticity for a long time.
He said that Jain has left a mark of his ability not only in the legal field but also in the social, parliamentary, and political fields.Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Purohit said that whatever work Jain does, he does it after careful thought.
He said that whenever he sought legal opinion from Jain on any subject, Jain gave his opinion only after studying the entire law. Referring to his parliamentary days, he said that whenever Jain stood up to speak in the Lok Sabha, all the MPs used to sit in their seats to listen to his speech.
Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya said that Shri Jain is a simple-hearted person and he says what he feels without any hesitation.
He said that Jain is a well-known lawyer in the country today, who has carved a special place for himself in the field of advocacy with his hard work. Devesh Moudgil, a former mayor who moderated the stage threw light on various aspects of Jain's life and said that Jain lives up to the slogan “Simple personality, efficient leadership”.
Moudgil said that earlier he was honored by various organizations of the city, including Devalaya Pujak Parishad, Radha Swami Satsang Baba Ji of Beas, Nirkanri Mission, Christian Association, Jain Samaj, Market Association, representatives of various organizations including Namdhari Satsang honored him.
In his speech, Satya Pal Jain said that the public's love is his biggest worship in life, of which he is proud.
He said that instead of arrogance, the people working in society should have a sense of humility and service. He said that whether he remained in power or not, he constantly maintained his contact with the public and did whatever was possible.
He said that today is the time to strengthen the leadership of Narendra Modi so that the country can go further ahead.
