CHANDIGARH: H&M India invites you to the season of celebrations with a special collection personified by all things sparkle and shine. Featuring party-ready ensembles, the collection spotlights designs showcasing strong shoulders, cropped tops and draped details among the statement suiting, party dresses and matching sets. Rhinestones, sequins and high-shine fabrics bring sophistication and vibrancy to every piece, while a strong colour palette of hot pink, orange, red, sand, gold and black adds to the celebratory mood.
For The Festive Collection, H&M wanted to create a special collection that draws upon beauty and merriment of the season. Draping along the waistline, shoulder lines and across the body accentuate the female form, while long trousers and skirts contrast with alluring cropped tops. Tonal looks are vital, but the play of different fabrics and embellishment make it playful and modern.
“The Festive Collection comes at such a special time of year and we’re thrilled with the collection. We were really inspired by the importance of light – candles, lanterns and fireworks – and worked that into a vivid sunset colour palette, but also brought in a lot of sequins, rhinestones and satin. The collection is positively radiating with shine and sparkle, and we can’t wait to see everyone in their party looks!” says Eliana Masgalos, Concept Designer at H&M.
Starring actress Athiya Shetty, H&M India bring out the sparkle of the collection with a sophisticated and jubilant campaign. Wearing a gold embroidered trouser and cropped tank set, Athiyaand models Anjali Torvi, Ashley Radjarame and Zinnia Kumar can be seen in a gorgeous palace setting with architectural columns and vaulted ceilings. Shot by renowned fashion photographer Gregory Harris, the campaign invites viewers into the world of The Festive Collection – vivid colours, sparkle and joy.
“I’m so excited to be a part of The Festive Collection by H&M. Everything is absolutely stunning – it took my breath away when I first saw it! The whole shoot was also a joy. Working with the amazing team on set and in the studio, the happiness and celebration of the festival really came through. We all had so much fun!” says Athiya Shetty.
Key pieces of The Festive Collection include a red trouser suit with tie-up detail, dresses with asymmetric necklines and all-over sequinned tops, blazer, and dresses. The shine, shimmer and glam also extends to a range of big and bold jewellery, bijou bags, strappy shoes and pointed flats at affordable price points with tops starting at INR 1499 and accessories from INR 799.
