Karnal: Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh said that to solve the problems of the people in Karnal district, Samadhan camps were being organized daily. So far, 1115 complaints have been resolved through Samadhan camps in the district. The important aspect was that 495 problems have been resolved by the CRID department.
He reviewed the Samadhan camps being organized at the district and sub-division level. He instructed the concerned officials to solve the problems of as many people as possible on priority basis in the Samadhan camps. The Chief Minister himself was also continuously reviewing the Samadhan camps from time to time. In such a situation, the officials should not show any negligence at any level in solving the problems.
The Deputy Commissioner said that Samadhan camps have been started as per the instructions of the Chief Minister for the convenience of the people. The main objective of the camps were to solve the problems faced by the people in correcting income in the family identity card, change of name, correcting caste, changing profession, name of the head of the family, adding new members, taking advantage of pension schemes, correcting property ID, getting labor card made.
He said that people have applied for solution of their problems in Samadhan camps. The district administration was taking cognizance of the applications given by the applicants and resolving them on the spot. The remaining problems were forwarded to the concerned officials for necessary action. He instructed that the problems of the people should be solved by completing the formalities in income related matters as soon as possible. Similarly, the problems of adding members of family in PPP, correcting names should also be resolved as soon as possible.
