Chandigarh: Nayab Saini said, "Our brave daughter of Haryana, Vinesh Phogat, made it to the finals of the Olympics with a stellar performance. For whatever reason, she may not have been able to play the final of the Olympics, but for all of us she is a champion."
He added, "Our government has decided that Vinesh Phogat will be welcomed and felicitated like a medalist. All the honour, rewards and facilities that the Haryana government gives to an Olympic silver medalist will be gratefully extended to Vinesh Phogat as well. We are proud of you Vinesh!"
