Chandigarh :Mandeep Brar, 2005-batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, was relieved from the post of DPR in Haryana by the Haryana government on Monday. Brar will take over as the Home Secretary of Chandigarh UT on Tuesday. The post of Home Secretary in the Chandigarh Administration was vacant for a long time.
