LUDHIANA: Four alumni of the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology (COAET) at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), currently pursuing their studies at Kansas State University, USA, interacted with approximately 200 B.Tech students at their alma mater. Er Rahul, Er Raghav, Er Aashvi, and Er Simran shared their experiences and insights on opportunities, scope, preparation strategies, crafting Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and securing scholarships for higher education in the United States.
The interactive session proved invaluable for the current students, who gained first hand knowledge about the academic journey abroad. The alumni offered guidance on navigating the application process, highlighting key factors for success. They also discussed various career paths in agricultural engineering and related fields, both in India and internationally.
