PHDCCI Third REV Expo kick off today

Chandigarh: PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) is organizing the 3rd Edition of Renewable Energy and Electric Vehicle Expo (REV) from Friday to promote electric vehicles in the City Beautiful.

 

Today, Sh. Madhusudan Vij, Chair, Chandigarh Chapter, PHDCCI and Ms. Bharti Sood, Regional Director, PHDCCI announced that the 3rd Edition of REV Expo 2025 will be inaugurated by Sh. Amit Kumar, IAS, Municipal Commissioner, Chandigarh Administration. The expo will bring together leading electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers and stakeholders from across the country to showcase advancements in the sector.

 

Sh. Sajjan Kumar Jain, Chair, Haryana State Chapter, PHDCCI highlighted that over 100 companies from various parts of the country will participate in this three-day exhibition, including more than 50 companies specializing in solar energy and EV charging infrastructure.

 

On this occasion, Sh. Suvrat Khanna, Co-Chair, Chandigarh Chapter, PHDCCI stated that officials from the Renewable Energy Departments of UT Chandigarh, Punjab, and Haryana will present their future plans for sustainable energy and mobility. Additionally, students from various colleges will have the opportunity to explore cutting-edge innovations in the electric vehicle industry.

 

Sh. Lokesh Jain, Co-Chair, Haryana State Chapter, PHDCCI emphasized that PHDCCI's primary objective is to prepare stakeholders for the future and provide a common platform to foster the development of environmentally sustainable mobility solutions and technologies. Furthermore, he explained that the expo will serve as a crucial forum for industry leaders, policymakers, and enthusiasts to engage in discussions and collaborations that will shape the future of electric mobility in India.
