In the first session Regional Energy Transition and Sustainability (RETS) Conclave organized at Ins Out. On this occasion, the chief guest TC Nautiyal, IFS Secretary- Science and Technology Chandigarh Administration said that the Chandigarh will become a beautiful city only when the people here plant more and more trees and include cycling in their daily routine.
