Haryana Minister Anil Vij instructs police to take action in different cases of immigration fraud, fraudulent in purchase of plot case

Chandigarh– Haryana Home and Health Minister Anil Vij addressed the grievances of citizens from across the state at his residence today. Vij patiently heard out the concerns raised by the people and instructed the respective authorities to promptly investigate and address the grievances, ensuring a timely resolution.


The widow of the ex-serviceman lodged a complaint before Vij and said that she was a resident of Defense Colony in Ambala Cantonment and she had purchased a plot from a dealer, but despite repeated requests, neither the dealer return the money nor the dealer registered it in her name.

Similarly, an industrialist resident of Ambala city told the Home Minister that recently he received a call from a foreign number and the caller claiming himself to be a member of the Bawaniya gang threatened to kill him.

 

He told that earlier he had filed a case of fraud of Rs 2.25 crore against a businessman from Delhi and the accused threatened to withdraw the same case. Home Minister Anil Vij directed Ambala SP to investigate and register a case.

Many cases of immigration fraud came to the notice of Home Minister Anil Vij and instructions were given to the SIT (immigration) to investigate. While giving complaint, a retired sub-inspector resident of Kaithal said that the swindler had defrauded him of Rs 30 lakh in the name of sending his son to America.


Similarly, a young man resident of Kurukshetra told that his son was cheated of Rs 42 lakh by an agent in the name of sending him abroad, while a woman resident of Kaithal said that her son was cheated of Rs 55 lakh by an agent in the name of sending him to America.

Home Minister Anil Vij directed the SIT to take action in all cases.

The family resident of Indri told Home Minister Anil Vij that their son was murdered recently. His allegation was that the police have registered a case of murder, but till now no action has been taken against the accused. Home Minister Anil Vij directed to get the matter investigated by SIT. A woman resident of Ambala city complained that a fake case under Arms Act was registered against her son, on which the Home Minister instructed the SP to investigate.

Teenager missing in Yamunanagar, Home Minister instructed SP Yamunanagar to take immediate action

The family who came from Yamunanagar told that their daughter is 17 years old and she has been missing since last few days. Despite filing a complaint regarding the matter with the police, no concrete action has been taken yet. The Home Minister called SP Yamunanagar and instructed him to search for the girl quickly.

Meanwhile, in the case of molestation of a class 7 student, Home Minister Anil Vij directed Karnal SP to form an SIT and investigate. A woman resident of Karnal alleged that her property was sold fraudulently by preparing fake documents, on which Home Minister Anil Vij directed SP Karnal to investigate. Similarly, in other cases also, Home Minister Anil Vij directed the concerned officials to take action.
